This California Privacy Rights Notice (“Notice”) supplements the Blackwood Wines Privacy Policy and applies only to individuals who reside in the State of California, as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

We will confirm receipt of your request within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days, or notify you if an extension (up to 90 days total) is required.
